Use of the DollyTrax website and its services are subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement (“TOU”). DollyTrax reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations as set forth.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES DollyTrax provides you with access to a variety of resources (“Services”) including general information, message and/or communication facilities, downloads, and calendars, etc. and may include a Members Only section that can be accessed only by DollyTrax staff and members. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the TOU.

USE OF CONTENT Use of DollyTrax content (documents, whitepapers, graphics, logos, software, forums, polls, etc.) is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only. All such information is provided “as is,” and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. In no event shall DollyTrax, its agents, or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of these pages, be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or any linked site. With respect to goods or services purchased directly from DollyTrax through the website, DollyTrax’s liability, in any case, is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods, or the repayment or crediting to you an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods, if DollyTrax so chooses.

DollyTrax reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. DollyTrax reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information in any Services. DollyTrax does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, DollyTrax specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Services.

Shipping Policies

In order to keep inventory stocking to a minimum (and thus prices as low as possible), DollyTrax products are custom built to order twice a month. Depending on when the order is placed, the product will be shipped anywhere from 1-15 days upon receipt of the order. Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Holidays and weekends may affect shipping times as well. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

Shipping quotes in the shopping cart are estimates only, and not guaranteed rates for your actual order. If your shipping charges are insufficient, you will be notified of additional payment needed to complete your order.

DollyTrax Limited Warranty

MIdSouth Visual, Inc. / DollyTrax warrants to the original owner-user that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Limitations and Exclusions
MidSouth Visual, Inc.'s obligations under this warranty and the sole remedy for its breach are limited to repair, at its manufacturing facility, of any part or parts of its Reznor products which prove to be defective; or, in its sole discretion, replacement of such products. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns will not be accepted without a previously issued RMA number authorizing the return.
1. The warranty provided herein is for repair or replacement only. MidSouth Visual, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of a breach of the warranty. Further, MidSouth Visual, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any DollyTrax product. In no event will MidSouth Visual, Inc. be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product. The disclaimers of liability included in this paragraph 2 shall remain in effect and shall continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential purpose.
2. The DollyTrax warranty excludes 1) tire/tube flats and/or deflation, 2) tire wear, 3) chassis rubber coating wear & tear, including dents, chips, cuts, and gouges 4) corrosion/rust, and 5) structural damage due to exceeding recommended weight limits.
5. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR DOLLYTRAX PRODUCTS, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES. MIDSOUTH VISUAL CORPORATION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No person or entity is authorized to bind MidSouth Visual Corporation to any other warranty, obligation or liability for any DollyTrax product. Installation, operation or use of the DollyTrax product for which this warranty is issued shall constitute acceptance of the terms hereof.

Refunds / Exchanges

Our products come with a 15 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Customer is responsible for return freight. The item must be in original condition (no noticeable wear) with all included parts and accessories. Original shipping fees are not refundable. An RMA number is required for returns to be accepted.
